Thimphu Thromde Scouts Association had successfully conducted BULT course at Kamji Central School. 70 teachers and 16 recourse teachers from different school from Chukha, Haa, Tsirang, Phuntsholing Thromde and Thimphu Thromde participated for the course. Leadership. - Human Relations. - Managerial skills. - Leadership Issue. 5. Scouting and the Organisational Environment. - Community Issue. 6. MoP.
