Awareness campaign for SUMAN
We have seen that many young people around us neglect basic hygiene—they hurry through their day and forget to wash hands before eating, after meals, and after going to the toilet. We resolve today to teach the next generation about cleanliness, through SUMAN K program at our community. By showing them the importance of keeping themselves clean, we can help them stay healthy, away from germs, and confident in life.
We gathered children from anganwadis and nearby neighborhoods. We explained them about protecting the environment, conserving water, and keeping hands clean. We want everyone to stay healthy and not fall sick. We told them germs are all around us though we can’t see them. These small habits help us stay clean and safe.
Through this project, we taught little children how to understand all these things. Also, to stay healthy and safe, we should keep ourselves clean. We learned a new way to wash hands, habits we often forget in life. Many such experiences were learned.
