The 42nd District and Upazila Secretary's Course was held on 28-30 September through Zoom Cloud with the aim of taking the scouting activities further under the management of Bangladesh Scouts and the management of Bangladesh Scouts Rajshahi Region. Mr. Md. Tawfiq Ali, National Deputy Commissioner (Training), Bangladesh Scouts was present as the Chief Guest on the occasion. About 45 secretaries of different districts and upazilas under Bangladesh Scouts Rajshahi region participated in the course.
