The 31st Arab Scout Conference

The inspiration for this project came from a shared recognition across the Arab Scout Region of the need to strengthen governance, leadership, and institutional capacity to ensure Scouting remains relevant, inclusive, and effective.
The project was executed through a coordinated, region-wide approach that brought together National Scout Organizations, regional leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure inclusive and effective delivery of the 31st Arab Scout Conference.
A key best practice from the Arab Scout Conference was the use of electronic voting, which enhanced transparency, efficiency, and trust in governance processes, alongside open panel discussions with partners that created inclusive spaces for participants to engage directly with decision-makers and stakeholders. This approach strengthened participation, improved decision quality, and can be easily replicated in future regional events.
