21st BIRTHDAY SPECIAL DRIVE FOR THE KIDS
Being born and bought up from a family who has always believed that there's no greater service than giving, I have always tried to implement the same through my projects. As a result, on my 21st Birthday I decided to spend a day with the kids of an orphanage because according to me this is the best way in which one can devote service and spent his birthday.
I contacted Mr.Ashim, the person in charge of the babanpur Shishu Ashram that I would be giving some food and stationary for the klds and also spend some time with them.
I was able to help out some 40 kids of the Babanpur Shishu Ashram with some stationary items like pencils, pens, wax crayons, pencil boxes, erasers, sharpeners and notebooks along with some cadbury celebrations chocolates gift pack and a special snacks box.
I've learnt that when you donate food or feed the needy for atleast a day or two, the amount of satisfaction you get from within is immeasurable. You also get to motivate many of the people living around you so that some day in the future they can also do something for the society.
