In this jamboree only scout group's under Dhaka Dhaka Metropolitan region can eligible to attend the jamboree. The jamboree started from 9th Martch,2017 & ended on 14th March 2017.The jamboree venue was Rover Scout Traing Centre,Bahadurpur,Gazipur.In this jamboree there was many kinds of challange,obstacle,   fun based games & events type of activities was organized for the scouts. 

Challange type program was very competitive for the scouts.The challanges are: Camp Craft,General knowledge,First Aid,Troop Meeting,Pioneering, Hiking,Estimation,Code & Cypher,Campfire and Marchpast.Scout can show & improve their skill by participating on it. 

Event programme was organized for teaching them some important & basic knowledge about scouting.Those who are extra member of the patrol they attend this.The events are: BP PT(exercise),Proficiency Centre,Skill Centre,Pioneering Centre,First Aid Centre,Disaster Management,ICT & Radio Scouting,Patrol Corner,Music & dance show and Games Hub.Through this events, scouts was able to learn and enjoy their selves. 

In the jamboree there was also Opening caremony programme,Ending Caremony Programe, Leader night,Parents Visiting Day and Flim Show. 

In the jamboree, more than 3000 scouts from different groups under Dhaka Metropolitan Region attended the jamboree successfully.Among them our scout groups 1patrol also attended the jamboree as well. 

From our BIAM Model School & College Scout Group, I got selected as a member of standard stage to participate on the jamboree. 

On 9th March we reached our venue and reported on the jamboree arena.After that we to the tent area and at first we cleaned our tent area and then bordered it with ropes.After that we got our meal by the jamboree organizers and then again get back to the work and make many useful gadgets.During the whole camp we had to cook our own meal. 

Although it was not rainy season but we had an experience of heavy rainfall.So we constructed a drainage  system.And we successfully overcome the disaster with our hard work. 

We successfully completed all the challanges and events of the jamboree.We also completed our daily tasks as well. 

In all it was a fun and exciting experience of camping as it was my first jamboree so I was excited on the whole jamboree. 

From this jamboree I did learned a lot from my seniors and make many friends from different unit.After that on 14th March we returned home wid memories
