A Webinar of Better World Framework , a series of webinars on world programmes was organised for the first time by the Bharat Scouts and Guides ,India in two phases comprising on 8 days. This was to positively engage the young minds occupied and productive during the COVID 19 pandemic where a large number of participnats participated . The first phase was from 5th to 8th August on the following topics.
