Peace rally is a program initiated by Rover Scouts in collaboration with Y-VIA club and social service club of Royal Thimphu College on 21st September, 2019. This great movement was basically to make people aware of waste management and peace. Students marched from college till town to mark the day. This movement for peace and prosperity was led by scouts and other 40 more students from the college.
