TREE PLANTING with Mayor Maria Fe Galapon Rondina of Babatngon Leyte planted Acacia Falcata beside the newly constructed Senior High School Building spearheaded by the Senior Scouts of SANHS in support to the World Scout Environment Program. The Acacia Falcata was grown by Scouter Ronelo Hidalgo which the seeds were taken from the Falcata mini-forest infront of the new CityHall of Tagum City, Davao Occidental way back October 2015 during the Boy Scout National Jamboree held in Tagum Energy Park. Our Scouting Advocacy particularly on environment was heard by the new Mayor during the speech of Sick Nick appealing the good mayor to support Municipal Scouting and their environmental advocacy to protect the Babatngon Mountains and forests since 2004 to the present.
