My training experience at MoP
I arrived at Avondale Scout Hall at around 6 pm. I registered and was shown where to pitch the tent.
Few participants had arrived so I had time to visit the shops. When I returned after 30 minutes, many people had arrived.
The work shop began with welcome remarks from Johannes Paddington. Facilitors were introduced including Victor from Ghana. We were put in to 5 groups. Mine was Nyanga and we chose a trout as a special animal found in Nyanga National park. Trouts make a kissing sound!
Objectives of the work shop were highlighted in such a manner that I was able to understand its relevance and importance.
Interesting games were done in between presentations. We broke session for supper. After supper we continued with the program looking at the expectations and the frame work of MoP. The day ended around 10 pm. I enjoyed it as it was fruit full.
