A G Barbados: Beach & Belle Gully Clean Up

A Greener Barbados: Scouts for Sustainability Another impactful phase of our project took place across Barbados as our Scouts hit the ground once again. This time partnering with the Future Centre Trust for Clean Up Barbados 2025! 💪🏽♻️ From Silver Sands Beach in Christ Church to Heywoods Beach in St. Peter, and deep into The Belle Gully in St. Michael, our members showed up in full force, passionate, committed, and ready to protect our environment. 🌱 The Belle Gully saw our older Scouts and Venture Scouts step up to the challenge, navigating tougher terrain to make a difference. The momentum and enthusiasm from our first clean-up at Browne’s Beach was truly contagious! 💥 And guess what? We were awarded the prize for the biggest participating group! 🏆 But here’s the thing we weren’t in it for the recognition. We simply wanted to do our part to keep our country and our planet clean. Winning was a beautiful reminder that when we show up with purpose, impact follows. Scouting teaches us to serve, to lead, and to care for our communities, our country, and our world. Activities like these remind us that real change happens one cleanup, one Scout, one good turn at a time. #agreenerbarbados #scoutsforsustainability #cleanupbarbados #futurecentretrust #barbadosscouts #scoutingforabetterworld #youthinaction #communitypride #planetprotectors #biggestgroupwin #notfortheprizebutfortheplanet #scouts #barbadosscouts #barbadosboyscoutsassociation #scoutiar #wosm #readyforlife
