Food for Life Ethiopia: From Training to Action
The second phase of the Food for Life Project in Ethiopia, capturing the progress made by Scouts after the national training in Addis Ababa.
After returning to their regions, the trained leaders began cascading the skills they gained by training Scouts in their local communities and schools. The young Scouts have started preparing demonstration gardens, producing compost, planting crops, and managing small school based farms.
These activities are helping Scouts learn practical skills in sustainable agriculture, teamwork, and environmental responsibility. The video highlights their hands on work, the gardens they created, and the meaningful steps they are taking to improve food security and promote healthier communities. This progress reflects the strength of the project and the commitment of Ethiopian Scouts to turning knowledge into real action.
