Felicitation Ceremony for Covid Warriers
The National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides New Delhi organised a Felicitation Ceremony for Covid Warriers in Haryana, Gadhpuri to honor the outstanding service performed at Covid-19. In this, Bharat Scouts and Guides District Association Udhampur of Jammu and Kashmir was awarded the National Level BSG Covid Warrior Award.
Rajkumar Kaushik, National Director of Bharat Scout Guide and Chief National Commissioner KK Khandelwal presented the District Award to Scout Master Rakesh Sharma and Amardev Singh.
National Director Rajkumar Kaushik while addressing the participants in the ongoing National Adventure cum Covid-19 Awareness Camp at National Youth Complex Gadpuri said that the service done by Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and Unit Leaders during the Corona period is highly appreciated. Certainly, Corona warriors who do this type of work deserve respect. On this occasion, on the initiative of Assistant National Director Uttar Pradesh Bharat Scout and Guide New Delhi Amar Khatri, the Message of World Peace was given by the participants by making the symbol of Messenger of Peace.The program was attended by Assistant Director Siddharth Mohanty, Leader of the Course Yashpal Hooda, Dr.Yogesh Tonk, Mohinder Singh, Dhanraj, Jeet Ghosh, Wilkish Sheikh, Abhilasha Mishra, Zakir Hussain, Riteshani Mishra, Saroj Bala etc.
Scout Master Amardev Singh and Rakesh Sharma said that we are extremely proud to receive the award and this honor is made possible due to the combined efforts of all the Scouts, Guides, Scout Masters, Guide Captains and all the officials of the district. This award will inspire us to do more public welfare works in future.
