Brigada Eskwela: Conducive and Safe Learning Spaces for Young Aetas
Brigada Eskwela, one of the ten mini-services of 4K [RE]solution, is an annual activity led by the Department of Education that aims to prepare the school for an upcoming academic year through cleaning and repairing of the school facilities. This mini-service prioritized cleaning of school areas for the safe return of the students and school staff to face-to-face learning since the COVID-19 outbreak.
08/20/2022: The Brigada Eskwela service started by cleaning the classrooms of Haduan Negrito Integrated School (HNIS). In coordination with the HNIS Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, the Rover Scouts proceeded with the instructions to render proper assistance. The Rover Scouts prioritized cleaning for the safe return of the students and school staff to face-to-face learning since the COVID-19 outbreak.
08/21/2022: The Brigada Eskwela service continued with setting the classrooms to provide a conducive learning space for the students. In coordination with the HNIS Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, the Rover Scouts set up the chairs, tables, and shelves and arranged the learning materials. The Rover Scout further cleaned the school areas after setting up the classrooms.
