To: All National Scout Committee Members Dear Sirs/Ma’am NATIONAL ADULT IN SCOUTING WORKSHOP In line with the World Organization of Scout Movement Vision 2023 and her Strategic Priorities deployed at the 40th World Scout Conference & 16th All Africa Scout Conference respectively, l am inviting you to the Drilling-Down Workshop of the National Scout Committee Members to the Planning & Execution of the General Administrative and Operational Processes of the NSO in-line with the Strategic expectations. While counting on the foregoing, the date of the workshop has been fixed for 23rd to 26th of March 2017 at our Technical Operational Center, Oba Akenzua International Scout Camp, Ogba, Benin City Nigeria. Please Note: Limited Accommodation are available at the Campsite, but have a dedicated Clean Hotel for N3,500 (Scouts negotiated Price) around the Campsite for use by any of our members. Feeding is on Personal arrangement of Pay-as-you-eat. The Association shall negotiate a N200 per plate meal with the Food Sellers within the Camp. I will look forward to seeing all of us at the Workshop. There shall be 9th Session meeting of the National Scout Committee within the Leadership Programs. Members are expected to mark their Calendar for this period. Workshop Objective: To learn and understanding the Guiding Principles of Scouting Governance Processes. To appreciate the Roles & Responsibilities of Sectional Business Units in the Organizational Management of Scouting.
