The 11th Air Scout Unit Leader Basic Course was held from February 20–26, 2024, at the Regional Scout Training Centre in Sylhet. Organized by the Daffodil International University Air Rover Scout Group, the event hosted 50 Rovers and Girls in Rovers. Farhana Rahman, who is the President of the Rover Scout, an Assistant Leader Trainer, and the Regional Deputy Commissioner (Programme) for Bangladesh Scouts, Air Region, served as the course leader.
