27th April, 2021 was celebrated as Zorig day in our college (Jigme Namgyel Engineering College). Pel Dueki Khorlo is the deity of Zorig,  to comemorate the day it is marked as Zorig day.On that day every people they pray and thank to the deity  for their skills.

Being Engineering college we had also marked the day , by the Department of civil engineering and surveying had organize Expo in order to celebrate the day.About 20 groups of student had participate at this event.

This years theme of the zorig day is Geo-Environment ,with this every group had come up with many  different model following engineering principle and knowledge .They had showcase their model on that day with excellent presentation  regarding their model.

That was great opportunity for student to showcase their skills and knowlege , on top of that that was great plateform for other people to learnt new tearms and knowledge about real life engineering.
