Zhabdrung Kuchoe Peace Prayer Zhabdrung Kuchoe is observed on the tenth day of the third Bhutanese month. 25th April of 2018 was observed as the death Anniversary of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel, the Unifier of Bhutan. Zhabdrung Nawang Namgyel entered into meditation when he was 58 for 12 years at the Puna Dewai Chenpoi Phodrang in 1651. Hundreds of devotees offer prayers and butter lamps to mark the Death Anniversary of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel. The Students, teachers and the Supporting staff of Sarpang Central School joined the people of Bhutan to offer their prayers and mark the day. We join the People of the World in spreading the Messenges of Peace.
