Globalizing Messengers of Peace Network

Coinciding with International Day of Peace with the theme "Shaping Peace Together" the Rovers of Royal Thimphu College carried out a small project  with following procedure and I helped in coordinating the program.

Total Participants: 37

We marked the day with the following activities.

1. Awarding new rover members with a scarf.

2. Awarded proficiency badges to active scouts.

3. Taught two new yells.

4. Taught the significance of Friendship Knot and how to tie it.

5. Did cleaning up of Rovers Den area.

moreover, to make this an ever growing MoP network we discussed about a plan to work on to earn Scouts of the World Award.
