Youth programme: be attractive and yet quality
Our organization was growing quickly and we were touching the top of the sustainable demographic growth. We needed to think about the lack of leaders in comparison to a bigger amount of girls and boys which we want to give them an opportunity to grow in the scout movement. And meanwhile not to decrease of quality in leaders education. Also, we wanted to develop progressive scout program tools which will be attractive, useful, and actual to the needs of current youths and live conditions.
It was executed across the whole Czech republic by the central communication canals of our NSO and also by individual attendance on scout events across the country.
As we were focused on supporting the upcoming leaders, patrol leaders, and creating and disseminating the tools which can be easily used in a scout program and leadership, we hope we touched (and will be touching in the future) slowly but surely the whole target of scouts leaders.
The covid can be on one hand distracting (as for the time planning) but can be also useful in the meaning that can bring some opportunity to think about other ways how to communicate ideas and thoughts.
