During the 6th Eurasia Scout Conference, we identified that one of our difficulties in developing scouting is a lack of an updated Youth Programme. Cooperating with World Scout Bureau Eurasia Support Centre, we are working towards designing a new youth programme and later training adults to deliver it. We are currently reviewing the materials that we have been using to deliver scouting. At the end of this projrct, we will have a more attractive youth programme, which will lead to a growth in quality as well as quantity, furthermore we will gain trained leaders which will be able to implement the youth programme through-out the different regions in Armenia.
