Dean of student affairs, two residence cordinators along with 10 interim councillors and 8 volunteers welcomed the news commers, who are availing hostel facilities, to paro college of education on 30th July,2019.

The trend of giving a warm welcome to the freshers is to give them the conducive environment since most of them are departing with their parents and family for the first time.

The committe also aims to inculcate the habit of rendering helping hand to others through examples..

The 20 active leaders/volunteers helped the parents and new students in room allocation, registration, serving refreshments, carrying luggages, and in trafficing.

There were 113 girls and more than 80 boys (new commers) accomodaging the hostel facilities. The day started at 6 in the morning and ended at 6 in the evening.
