
Yoga (Kuakata)
Having a yoga session in the sea beach is best. We can enjoy the sea view as well as the sun shine.
We went to the sea beach. We sat in a row, a length away from each other and we followed the yoga exercises as our troop leader showed us.
It was helpful for a refreshed mind while enjoying a beautiful sun rise.
Health is the biggest wealth with that said taking care of our own health is the most important thing and to which we all should exercise to keep our body and mind fit.
