The Master Da Surja Sen Rover Crew of Bharat Scouts And Guides Alipurduar Division of N.F Railway organized a Cycle Hike to Dima Bridge near to Raja Bhat Khawa from DRSC Ground, Alipurduar Junction on 01/08/2019 to celebrate the World's Scarf Day - 2019. Total 15 Rovers were participated successfully. After reaching the Hike side they Received Shri Utpal Roy (PRE-LT CUB MASTER) Shri Surya Sarkar (Advance scoutmaster) as Chief Guest by guard of honour.
