Around 78 yotuh voluteers attended the celebration of World Population Day on 10th of July 2019 at DYS Hall. the progrmme was themed 25 Years of ICPD, Accelerating the Progress, where Education Minister Lynpo JB Rai Inaugurated the progrmme with his inspiring sppech on the variuos toipc like family planning, sexual related education, earky marriage. Dicussing happened between panel members on the topic family planning.
