From the 30th of May 2016, I was assigned to coordinate the week long environment week celebration. There are 316 students in our primary school, 60 in the Kindergarten and 24 teaching staff. Everyone came together to to celebrate this important week. Various activities were done throughout the week such as dramas, puppet shows, speeches, debates, talk back shows and many more. This was indeed a great learning week for us as we got to know of the endangered species in our country and the world. All the students and staff, together with the parents have pledged to support this initiative and save our endangered species. The week long event culminated with a guest speaker from the Mamanuca Environment Society.
