The total of 31 individuals consisting of rover scouts and Desuups had provided the community service in constructing foot path along with the hostels of the Raphey Lhakhang; Kinga Rabten, Trongsa. The footpath would benefit the young monks through harsh weather of rainy/muddy summer and dusty winter days.
