The training was held on 21/04/2019 till 26/04/2019 at Jampeling Higher Secondary School. There were 35 participants from eastern region of Bhutan. The program coordinator was Mr. Pema Wangchuk, deputy chief commissioner from BSA. The objectives of course aimed  to  make scouters better leaders by teaching advanced leadership skills, and by creating a bond and commitment to the Scout movement.
