The Eastern Regional Woodbadge Training was held at Jampeling, Trashigang for the scout leaders in the Eastern part of Bhutan. I was one among many, who participated the Training. The training commenced from 21/04/2019 till 26/04/2019. The Training was enriching as it provided us the advance training on many areas, such as robe work, flag procedures, scouting drill, gadgets preparation, hike, overnight hike etc.  The daily routine was systematic as it was as follow:

- raising early at around 5:00 a.m. to prepare breakfast

- morning drill after BP six exercise

- break for breakfast

- Morning Inspection by patrol leaders to all the patrols-(criteria of inspection were; 1. Smartness & good order, 2. Gadgets (numbers of gadget made & how the scouting knots have applied), 3. Cleanliness (how pots and pans, kitchen utensils and other items in the tents are kept and maintained)

- Theory session by facilitators.

- Tea break

- Resumption of theory Session 

- Lunch preparation & Break

- STA ( Test on what was learned earlier)

- Announcement of assignment in preparing gadgets.

- Council of meeting

- Preparation of dinner & dinner session.

- Night program (Talent Hunt, Drama, Dances & other recreational activities)

- Making of Gadgets. 

This way, it was a systematic program. The Training provided not only skills but also taught Team work as every activity assgined was based on competition among patrols.
