we have collected paper waste and generate fund, which would help us in caring activities in the community level. Most of the waste paper produced in schools are burned which can cause non- communicable diseases like Asthma and heart related diseases.  According to research printed paper produce more CO, CO2, SO2, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Nitrogen Oxide. Researchers found out that “If we recycle 1 ton of paper, we are saving 17 trees”.

we had initited the project of segegrating plastic waste and paper waste seperately. This initative was successful and school administration has full support in controling and segegrating waste from the source.

All 803 students had participated in this project.

We have focused on the following broad aims and objectives:

  1. Learn why waste recycling is important
  2. How paper waste recycling helps in saving trees?
  3. Reduce air pollution from burning paper
  4. Learn Conservation ethics
  5. How to make savings from waste?
  6. To add further beauty to our environment
