On 31st October, coinciding with the descending day of Lord Buddha, Dechheling school staffs and students along with the volunteers from community took part in white washing all the stupas in and around community. There were 200 participants who took part in the program and it took almost one day to complete the task. As per the plan, different teams had lead different area and towards end , we have white washed 46 chortens. The team disperse exactly at 6:00 pm.
