The welcome ceremony is mainly to empower and motivate our young scouts. Moreover it is to promote and enhance scouting movement at local level, so that every one understand what actually the scouting movements means.

Besides that it is to promote and enhance the quality of the education through youth involvement. 110 participants successful participated in the program.
