Water Source for Animals in Summer.

A severe heatwave has struck Bangladesh, putting all animals at risk. With temperatures soaring, everyone needs ample water to survive. While humans have access to various water sources, the animals around us lack such options. Many have been driven away or killed when they sought water at stores. Moreover, the few local water sources have dried up in this crisis. In response to this environmental emergency, we have taken measures to ensure these vulnerable animals have access to drinking water.
To provide water for animals, we repurposed surplus plastic bottles collected from the vicinity. After thorough washing, these bottles were transformed into water containers and strategically placed across the area. Regular maintenance, including refilling and cleaning, ensures these containers remain accessible for animals in need during the heat. Local residents also lent a hand in supporting this initiative.
Water is vital for all life forms, including humans, who are considered the pinnacle of creation. Showing kindness to other creatures, as emphasized in the Scout's Fourth Law, is essential. Through this task, I have embodied the principles of Bangladesh Scouts' Fourth Law in my daily life.
