Vitamin A for a Healthier Generation
Give hope, give Health , healthy lives
We formed a volunteer team and selected a local area with children under 5. We collected Vitamin A capsules from the local health department. Our team raised awareness through leaflets and loudspeaker announcements. Then, we set up booths and went door-to-door to give Vitamin A to children. We recorded their information and guided parents about the next dose. The campaign helped protect many children from blindness and improved their health.
Through this campaign, I learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and community engagement. I realized how a simple health initiative like Vitamin A distribution can save children from serious health issues. I also gained experience in organizing public health activities and understood the value of raising awareness at the grassroots level.
