Scouts from 24th Scout Troop, Rover E and Taiwan visited Happy Retirement Home during Chinese New Year. The aim of this activity is to provide affection and some financial support to the old folks living there. It was a happy and meaningful morning as we chatted with them and giving them some warmth.
