Virtual Specialized Course on First Aid
First Aid is a basic necessary element in everyone's life that I think every single individual living in this planet should know about and should have a proper training on First Aid so that not only they could help themselves but also anyone around them in need.
Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides has organized an online training on "First Aid" which is known as Specialized Course on "First Aid" in order to inculcate the first aid skills upto grassroots. The event was held on zoom platform due to the ongoing pandemic.
Knowledge on wounds, slings, basic first aid, first aid box, dealing with burns, scalds, heat stroke, sun stroke, fractures, etc were imparted to the participants as a result it had a huge impact on them. 100 people benefitted from the project.
The main learning was it is important for everyone to know what is First Aid and really we could share the knowledge to as many people as we could. Also life saving learning in times of emergency was learned.
