DAY 1: "Leadership was the topic of today’s first workshop. Beginning with personal reflections on our own experiences and our role-models, we continued with discussing the model of leadership developed by WOSM at global level: It defines four dimensions of leadership – the individual, the process, the others, and the purpose. To show that all these dimensions and the skills linked to them are necessary, we prepared short role-plays about failed leadership. In the afternoon, we had the chance to put the learning outcomes into practice while searching for team-building games in the forest of Jambville. For example, we had to climb a tree altogether or to dance the Madagascar song “I like to move it”. Now we are looking forward to the first intercultural evening which will be organized by the delegations from France and Chad."
