Ujian Bertulis Lencana Jayadiri (atas talian)

I decided to take up this project because I am thinking to help my juniors to complete their "Jaya Diri" badge in order to get them continue in the journey to the King's Scout Badge. The "Jaya Diri" badge is about the politics and identity of Malaysia. This project is to have a test to confirm they're qualified to get the badge, at the same time helping them to gain more knowledge about scouting, politics, and laws in Malaysia.
The test was carried out in own house, and everybody was connected online. We used Google Meet for the test because of the pandemic, we can't see each other and have the test face to face. I joined the meeting room earlier to confirm the numbers of participants with other facilitators. After all the participants were inside the meeting room, we started the test and all the test are run by the website called "Quizizz".
50 participants and also the facilitators are communicated effectively during the process, with the supports given by all the participants and facilitators. The test help the scouts to confirm and pass their qualifications to get the badge, and also help them to continue their journey to get their King's Scout Badge. The scouts are able to answer the test and get the badge, although there were some of them tried for their second time to pass the test.
I learned to communicate with the juniors in a more comfortable way, to make sure the project run smoothly. Communicating in a way that comfort the juniors helps to get their attention and also corporations during the project. I will try my best to change my way to communicate with others, especially in a conversation with the juniors. I will also change my way to deliver every massage to others, so the receivers can understand my feelings and thinking during the conversation.
