TSAN'S BETTERWORLD AND SCOUTS FOR SDGs TRAINING
it start with the belief in the power of youth engagement and community empowerment. We aim to develop essential skills that will enhance membership recovery, retention, and growth within our National Scout Organization (NSO). This project goes beyond training; it serves as a catalyst for creating sustainable and inclusive initiatives across the country, enabling young people to become change-makers and peacebuilders in their communities.

Staffing, Selection, and Induction of Trainers
An induction training was conducted for the Management Team, followed by the development of a comprehensive project implementation plan.
Next, a guide for facilitators was developed to enhance the Better World and Scouts for SDGs Programme. Existing manuals and presentations were utilized to create training materials, including activity designs and project ideas for participants.
The project demonstrated that effective training, strategic planning, and community engagement are essential for empowering volunteers and fostering sustainable development initiatives within scouting organizations.
