Our team, ‘Sentinel’, formed with some enthusiastic juveniles, planted 50(fifty) Palm, 70(seventy) Mango, 20(twenty) Jackfruit saplings from the 2000(two thousand) that we have grown ourselves from collected seeds. Along with those, and another 100(one hundred) from the ‘Rover Region’, we, in total, planted about 240(two hundred and forty) trees at the ‘Rover Regional Training Center’ of ‘Bangladesh Scouts’ as a part of our ‘mass tree plantation’ activity of the environment and community development based project named “Toward Sustainable Sustainability” with the aim of gifting mankind and all other living species a healthy, sound and suitable environment in general. Our initial plan is to plant more than 10,000(ten thousand) trees at various places of our own district which we inaugurated with planting previously mentioned trees. And we, hopefully, will spread this project throughout the country.
