Tree plantation programme in our locality 2024
Tree plantation is a profound commitment to the well-being of our planet and the generations that will inherit it. Observing the pressing environmental issues and de forestation concerns in our community, we were inspired to initiate the tree plantation program. We believed that by foresting a green environment, we could contribute to combating climate change and enhancing biodiversity. The urge to create a sustainable future and raise awareness motivated us to take the action.
On the occasion of New Year 2024. Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and Adult Leaders of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Amra Kojan Scouts and Guides Group were planted approximately 30 trees in our locality from 1st January to 5th January. Almost 30 Scouts, Guides along with their Adult Leaders were participated in this Social Service Program.
We gained valuable insights into tree planting techniques and Environmental Conservation. Witnessing the positive impact of our actions fueled our commitment to fostering a greener and sustainable future.
