Tree Plantation Program

Seeing the increasing impact of climate change, I realize that planting trees is now an essential task.I wanted our campus to be greener and more beautiful, which would keep everyone's mind fresh.I wanted to make a positive contribution to society out of social responsibility. The importance of tree planting in preserving biodiversity and maintaining environmental balance is immense, which further encourages me in this work.
We plant almond seedlings on a specific day on campus. For this, we collect seedlings, fertilizer, and equipment. Sufficiently deep and wide holes are dug for planting each seedling. We carefully place the seedlings in the holes. After planting the seedlings, adequate water is given. We put a small tag of our scout group next to each sapling, which instills a sense of ownership and responsibility in us. We make arrangements to water the trees regularly, especially during the dry season.
I have come to understand the deep relationship between trees and the environment; I have realized how trees provide oxygen for our survival and keep the air clean by absorbing carbon dioxide.Trees directly help reduce global warming. This program taught me the importance of preserving biodiversity, as these trees are the habitat of countless animals and plants. I believe that this program will make others environmentally conscious.
