Tree Nurturing Session from projectreTREEt

Seeing that many of our forests are now being deforested due to urbanization. I was motivated to join an activity aimed to take care of our remaining forests. Not only to take care but to also help and contribute on making the forest grow more in the number of trees and different types of plants.

It was implemented with the help of the Management of the Arroceros Forest Park together with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

The people who lives around the forest benefitted from clean air. Animals like birds may also use those trees as shelter. We watered old growing trees and also planted new ones.

We learned how to care for our environment as a team.
