Three months ago, I had conducted a Training session in my School for 11 working parents. The topic of my training was, "Multi-generational Workforce." I had motivated the 11 parents by allowing them to perform , "Dance banana dance" activity. Parents appreciated this training session a lot. Hardly ever, there is a training conducted for parents in schools apart from CAPS outreach. Parents felt that the environment I had created was a blissful one. They blessed me at the end of the session. Another initiative of spreading peace is by catering for all and that is what I did. I brought 11 parents of different age in a classroom and trained them. Majority of them explained during discussions that not only workforce is Multi-generational but there homes as well. I managed to give them tips on how to bind a sandwich generation in our homes and outside. For me, that's peace. Bringing everyone together and bridging the gaps that we don't want.
