On the sidelines of the 7th African Jamboree of Scouting held in Ivory Coast from 1 to 10 August 2016, it held training community leaders as part of the Scout Messengers of Peace initiative of 5 to 6 August 2016 in speaker of the establishment yamouskro in ivory coast. After the greetings and uses the warm welcome that was wished all the participants by the coordinator of the MOP Ivory Coast marie louise, which has not failed to remind participants came from nationalities touts the importance of this training . The training began with the presentation of trainers and participants, but also the presentation of the assigned objectives and collection of expectations and fears of participants workshop audits, and training has seen the participation of all nationalities present at Jamboree. After the presentations, a game was made to lighten the mood and break the ice, followed by a coffee break. This was followed by the first module which focused on the history of the Scout Messengers of Peace initiative presented by the Coordinator of the Niger MOP HATIMOU TAHI BAKO Almoctar and which give a historical overview of the creation of the concept MOP up early in his extension Then the floor was taken by the coordinator MOP Benin JOEL DOSSOU that when it has presented the objectives through the Scout Messengers of Peace initiative which is to bring 20 million people by 2020 to actions in their communities and share. The Evening was dedicated to the presentation of dimensions and elements of the Scout Messengers of Peace initiative (MOP) which includes: - the definition of peace as scouting, which is not only the absence of war but a state of complete social and individual complete. Presented by Hatimou Tahi Bako Almoctar The first component of the initiative Scout Messengers of Peace namely "the network globalization Messengers of Peace"; which is a major component and which aims to create a global network of men and women who share their stories and inspire others to act in their communities and thus participate in creating a world best. Presented by JOEL DOSSOU -- The 2nd component is the background support, which finances five action areas and thus contribute to achieving the objectives Assigned a Scout Messengers of Peace initiative. Presented by HATIMOU TAHI BAKO Almoctar The first day of the training prices end with the presentation from Murtadhwa Rashid, Messengers of Peace Coordinator Tanzania on how to become messengers of peace and the projection of two videos on how our small efforts can encourage others to the shares. The morning of the second day was devoted to the composition and management of a team Messengers of peace presented by HATIMOU TAHI BAKO Almoctar followed by practical presentation of the platform Messengers of Peace on the site scout.org presented by JOEL DOSSOU. After Animations followed by question and answer intervened lunch The first part of the evening was devoted to an animated meeting with the team of this polande the 7th African Scout Jamboree. This was followed by the registration of participants on Scout.org platform with the help and support from Mop whole team; before doing the practical demonstration on how to register their project and use the map to see the statistics. The last part of the evening was devoted to a discussion with the coordinator of the Ivorian Network for Peace, Equality, Justice, who work with children and young victims of war in Ivory Coast. This was an opportunity to share experience with young people of all nationalities when the actions undertaken in different countries to help youth and children victims of war. Note the presence of the coordinator of the initiative Scout Messengers of Peace Namibia ESTER who shared with participants the Mop magic. Après les salutations et utilise l'accueil chaleureux qui a été souhaité à tous les participants par le coordonnateur de la MOP Côte-d'Ivoire marie louise, qui n'a pas manqué de rappeler aux participants venus de nationalités rabatteurs l'importance de cette formation. La formation a commencé avec la présentation des formateurs et des participants, mais aussi la présentation des objectifs assignés et la perception des attentes et les craintes des audits de l'atelier des participants, et la formation a vu la participation de toutes les nationalités présentes au Jamboree. Après les présentations, un jeu a été fait pour alléger l'atmosphère et de briser la glace, suivie d'une pause-café. Cela a été suivi par le premier module qui a porté sur l'histoire des Messagers Scouts d'initiative de paix présenté par le Coordonnateur du Niger MOP HATIMOU TAHI BAKO Almoctar et qui donnent un aperçu historique de la création du concept MOP tôt dans son prolongement Puis la parole a été prise par le coordinateur MOP Bénin JOEL DOSSOU que quand il a présenté les objectifs par les Messagers Scouts d'initiative de paix qui est d'apporter 20 millions de personnes d'ici 2020 pour les actions dans leurs communautés et de partager. La soirée a été consacrée à la présentation des dimensions et des éléments des Messagers Scouts d'initiative de paix (MOP) qui comprend: - La définition de la paix comme le scoutisme, qui est non seulement l'absence de guerre, mais un état de complet individuel et social complet. Présenté par Hatimou Tahi Bako Almoctar Le premier volet de l'initiative Scout Messagers de la Paix à savoir "les Messagers de la mondialisation du réseau de la paix»; qui est une composante majeure et qui vise à créer un réseau mondial d'hommes et de femmes qui partagent leurs histoires et inspirent les autres à agir dans leurs communautés et de participer à la création d'un monde meilleur ainsi. Présenté par JOEL DOSSOU - Le deuxième élément est le support de fond, qui finance cinq domaines d'action et de contribuer ainsi à la réalisation des objectifs assignés un Messagers Scouts d'initiative de paix. Présenté par HATIMOU TAHI BAKO Almoctar Le premier jour de la formation des prix se terminent par la présentation de Murtadhwa Rashid, Messagers de coordonnateur de la paix en Tanzanie sur la façon de devenir des messagers de la paix et la projection de deux vidéos sur la façon dont nos petits efforts peuvent encourager les autres à des actions. Le matin de la deuxième journée a été consacrée à la composition et à la gestion d'une équipe Messagers de la paix présentés par HATIMOU TAHI BAKO Almoctar suivie par la présentation pratique des Messagers de la plate-forme de paix sur le site scout.org présenté par JOEL DOSSOU. Après Animations suivie de questions et réponses est intervenu le déjeuner La première partie de la soirée a été consacrée à une rencontre animée avec l'équipe de ce Polognee la 7ème africaine Jamboree Scout. Cela a été suivi par l'enregistrement des participants sur la plateforme Scout.org avec l'aide et le soutien de toute l'équipe Mop; avant de faire la démonstration pratique sur la façon d'inscrire leur projet et utiliser la carte pour voir les statistiques. La dernière partie de la soirée a été consacrée à une discussion avec le coordinateur du Réseau ivoirien pour la paix, l'égalité, la justice, qui travaillent avec les enfants et les jeunes victimes de la guerre en Côte-d'Ivoire. Ce fut l'occasion de partager l'expérience avec les jeunes de toutes nationalités lorsque les actions entreprises dans les différents pays pour aider les jeunes et les enfants victimes de la guerre. A noter la présence du coordinateur de l'initiative des Messagers de la Paix Scout Namibie ESTER qui ont partagé avec les participants la magie de Mop.
