Training Counsellors Course for N. E. Region was held at State Training Centre, Tanhril, Aizwal, Mizoram from 15th to 19th July 2013. 24 participants from Assam, Mizoram, N.F. Railway and Sikkim states attended. Shri. Arun Chandra Patar, Assistant Director, N.E. Region was the Leader of the course assisted by Shri. Gautam Bhhattacharyya, LT(C), Father P. X. Francis LT(S), Ms. R. Lalnungmawii HWB(G) and Mr. Lalthlanthanga HWB(S). The course was very informative and will help to improve qualitative improvement in the youth programme in the Region.
