Monthly kayak pick up at WaterWays Watch ( Singapore) This project is an initiative to help keep Singapore's water clean by going on kayaks to pick litter that flows into the waterWays. The waterways is one of Singapore's drinking water sources hence I feel that need to help keep this water source clean. Through this I have learnt the impacts that it has on our environment and how to keep a greener Singapore. This project have thought me that if everyone were to dispose their little properly, we would have have cleaner and greener earth....everyone has a part to play in keeping our environment clean. Camp enviro at WaterWays Watch Singapore The purpose of this camp is to inspire others to help keep our Singapore cleaner by not littering, helping to pick up litter and teaching them the importance of recycling, reducing and reusing (3R) In this camp we also educated them on the harmful effects of littering and how all this litter would end up in our waterways and why we should protect our waterways. In this camp, I was a facilitator, guiding and inspiring the cub scouts towards being more eco friendly so that they In turn would also inspire others so keep Singapore clean. I feel that these projects have thought me the importance of keeping out earth clean. As dirty waterways would after our water supply and the water we drink. Hence I feel that we should not only dispose our rubbish properly but also educate others on this,so as to create a better world
