Testing Camp For President Certificate Examination
The President Scouts and Guides Award was started in the 1961 and
President Rovers and Rangers Award was started in the year 1971.
The President of the Indian Union has been graciously pleased to issue a
special certificate to eligible Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger who qualifies the
President Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger Certificate Examination after
serving as a Rajya Puraskar Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger for at least twelve
months (one year).
State Associations and recommend the candidate for the National Level
Examination for President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger Certificate.
The State Level Testing Camp for President certificate for the youths of
Northeast Frontier Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides was organised from 10th
– 14th April 2022 at Alipurduar District Association. Total 246nos. of
participants with 3O District Leaders, Staff Members, State Officials and A
Service team of more than 94 memberers w

participated in the camp.
All was benefited through this Service Camp
I learnt so many things about service. A total of 370 members were
participated in the camp. We all the 94 service members give service together
