The volunteers from Drukgyel Central school, some staffs of Lango middle secondary, leadership scouts and the members of Bhutan Toilet Organization took active role during the Paro Menlam chemo (the annually performed local ritual). The volunteers took part in cooking the meals, maintening temporarily toilets, serving the refreshment and collecting the waste and sagregating the waste. The waste collected by the volunteers are later handed over to municiple.
