For our weekly troop meeting, I arranged for a small session on team work and positivity to show that youths of these generation an make a difference in our world through every small good deed that they do.There were around 35 scouts and 5 service rovers. We discussed the need for understanding each person's perspective and accepting each other's differences. We learnt about how team work is essential for a patrol or scout group to function and how it bring about peace within a scout group. We also discussed what everyone wants to get out of scouting and shared stories about past camps. We ended our session with a photograph session. Along with my service team, I made placards for the scouts and these had positive messages like team work, positivity and youth for change.
